The iFixit site has a full breakdown of the M8 with great pics. I'd link but I'm only up to post 3. Basically, it's not so bad to get the back case off. If you want to replace the battery though, you'll have to remove the motherboard. It scored a 2 out of 10 on ease of breakdown (10 being easiest).

My Nova Launcher Prime has been eating up my battery lately. Going to try reinstalling, not sure what's up.

Just wanted to tell everyone that the WatchESPN app finally works on Bionic ICS. I tested it this morning and it works as well as it ever did.
