Tell us when you get the 7.0 update

Same. I expect sometime next week it will drop for beta users and then roll out OTA the next day.

What would you like to see fixed in Marshmallow 6.0.1?

Sorry for the late reply here. I did turn the notification back on, and it works now, though I did have an issue once where the alarm went off 10 minutes late. My issue with calender notifications was a volume issue.

Talking on phone and using internet

Also of note, Wifi bypasses all of these issues, and will let you use data and voice at the same time as you're using two different radios.

    Battery performance of Nexus 6

I get 2 to 3 days on my Nexus 6. Sounds like a runaway app or maybe turn off things like NFC or BT.

Nexus 6 on Sprint: LTE turns off when Wi-Fi is on?

I just tried to replicate this myself and was unable too. I'm usually on 3g though anyway. I used LTE specifically for testing and couldn't duplicate it. I'm on marshmallow though, maybe that fixed the issue.

Yeah, that fixed it, but no calendar alerts either.

    Thinking about getting a 6

I got mine though Amazon. There are 2 sellers, make sure you use the one that's actually Amazon, the other seller will actually put a sticker over the model number so you can't confirm it's the right model. I'm loving my 6 so far, other than it's HUGE.

What would you like to see fixed in Marshmallow 6.0.1?

My alarms aren't waking my phone if it's unplugged (I've also had a calender notification not go off once, but that may not have been due to the phone), though that might be the app I use and not google's fault, I may have to try their app. I would love a dark theme.

Anyone have issues where the alarms don't always wake the phone properly? Maybe it's because I'm not using the native alarm app? Battery life has been awesome though. I get though a 16 hour day with more than 50% of the battery left with 2h15m screen time on average.

Best answer is to flash the factory image if you can't wait. OTA may take a bit with carier certification and so many variant images.

what messaging app do you use with your nexus 6

Textra is what I moved to when the forced people into Hangouts on my Nexus 5. It's simple and works.

    Doze and battery life

I made it 2 days of moderate use on 6. It's pretty awesome. Doze seems to help a lot.

Android 6 by default only charges on a USB connection and you have to choose what kind of device you want the PC to see. Havent yet seen how tobset the default. It's mildly annoying. Anyway, love the battery life. One charge, 2 days with light to moderate use.

Nexus 6 on Sprint: LTE turns off when Wi-Fi is on?

Interesting. I usually keep it on 3g to save battery, so I haven't seen this issue yet. I'll have to play with it.

Re: Marshmallow 6.0 Factory Images are Live Pretty amazing battery life so far. Only 1h15m screen time, but a lot more call time than I usually have.
