Yep - got the message yesterday that SD card removed, (transferred from 3.5 years in last Samsung phone)...then found all photos and videos deleted when it reformatted the card for me :( Luckily had backed-up last weekend, but this is unacceptable. Does anyone from Samsung ever come here or are...
