Great article; very helpful. One instruction I would add is that you need to remove/re-insert your battery in order to get the Incredible to boot into HBOOT mode. I didn't even know where to find the Incredible battery until I looked here: Battery Inserting / Removing - DROID INCREDIBLE by HTC
