No, I also use a S5, and a G3. Those get great 4g, and the s6 does get 4g here but sometimes it just goes without a signal. I think it may be the advanced calling feature, which allows for data while in a call...idk Sent from my rooted S6 using Tapatalk

If your rooted use clean master I use it to kill auto start and clean out cache deep clean too Sent from my rooted S6 using Tapatalk

Soo...my signal is horrible. I'm rooted and I've not taken the update (it doesn't mention signal fixes) because I don't want to lose root. It's not the sim just wondering what you guys did. I'm on CDMA/GSM networks only, not global. Plus I've enabled enhanced calling (not that it does anything)...

Did anyone take the update and it fix the signal problem? I really don't want to lose root after the update but I'll take it if my signal will be better....

I've figured out the 1x. Go to your settings and then go to advanced calling and switch that on. That helped me get 4g during a call.
