No, I am not rooted. If you tap and hold, does a menu pop up? There should be an 'edit' option at the top of the menu. Once you click that, you will see a picture of the icon you selected as well as some wording. Click the actual picture and you should be able to change it to whatever you want...

Tap and hold the folder until the little menu comes up. Select 'edit' and tap the icon photo. You will then be prompted to choose a source for the photo or icon you want to replace the folder icon with :) I hope that helps!

Yes, you can upgrade early if you pay off the device, I believe, but you have to pay off the full amount of the device (so 20 months of payments, not 12 months). It explains it on the AT&T Next page, if you're interested!

When I ordered yesterday, I chose the 2-4 day delivery because I didn't want to pay for overnight. Shipped yesterday, set to deliver tomorrow by end of day. I'd think if you ordered today, you'd get it tomorrow or Friday, if you chose overnight.
