Update: For some reason the glitch resumed. Chrome can't be disabled, it can only be forced to stop. So is for the installation, it can uninstall update. Tried the safe mode thing and the glitch didn't stop.

I tried reinstalling chrome and even deleting it. But it didn't work at all. Chrome is preinstalled. I checked play store for Android WebView but it showed me that it is disabled.

I checked the Play Store for "Android System Webview" and it appears that it was disabled the whole time lol. How can I enable it?

Thank you for the pictures! Javier P! Developer option in not enabled. The problem is with the actual apps themselves and I'm running on Android 7.0. I checked the apps section (where you can uninstall) and I couldn't find Android System Webview.
