I've had pretty major issues with reboots (I'm on ATT). The worst part is that it happened 1-2x a day for the first few days I had it, then stopped for about a month, so I thought perhaps it had resolved itself. Now it is probably too late to return it. BTW, I still have 4.03 and the ATT...
