No, not any updates I authorized to install as far as I know. There hasn't been updates for a long time.

I have tried restarting with/without cable and safe mode. Doesn't go away that way. However in some magical way, it got fixed as it came. It disappeared. Now the phone charges once it's plugged in. Sorry for the guy who'll come here years later looking for an answer as I don't know how.

So, a few weeks ago, I started getting the notification "USB supplying power to attached device" while nothing is connected. When I plug the charger in, nothing happens until I switch the mode to charge device, it takes about 15-20 seconds then starts charging up. Worse is it also keeps this way...
