Is it true, in 2016, that if you flash a new rom with all the wipes applied with a battery charged within 50% you will have to deal with power management issues ?

Can a tempered glass applied save the screen after a drop ? Does it take the force of the impact ? What are the chances : the tempered glass to break and the screen to be fine, both to break or is there any chance that the sccreen to breake and the protection te be fine ?

Same but same issue on Redmi Note 3.. Shaking the device will make it work again. But this only happenes when i'm trying to type something.. Really freaks me out.
