Where did you see this? I have been looking for information as well since my trade in kit shipped per email I received as well.

Nice - thanks for the info. The one thing I am wondering about in addition to this is when to send the trade in in. I received a email today that my trade in kit is on the way, but I will not have my new phone for 2 weeks.

I am going to chat/call Google later about this as I did not order it either with my XL. I am still debating the $129 through Google or $79 through Upsie. The $50 will not make or break me - just trying to figure out if having it through Google would be the best. Not that I have ever used...

I have had a Spigen Rugged Armor on my XL since day 1. Since it will not release until after I get my phone (should have the 64 GB XL by the 19th or 20th of October) I just bought a Caseology Vault. Just had to watch a youtube video that shows the Vault and Rugged Armor are basically the same...

I run into this quite a bit. It has gotten better than 6 months ago, but I still run into it. It can get annoying and is one reason I have not added more Home's to my house yet.

If you look at the mini in the Google store it says you will receive a code 4 to 6 weeks after your Pixel 2 ships. Hope that is the case as I did not see anything during checkout either.

I have the M8 and have been an avid android user with one regression for the iPhone 4. I decided for myself it was time to make a change and have a iPhone 6 being shipped out to me this week. Now a days you cannot go wrong with either platform - the spec watchers and number crunchers will talk...

Tried the stock messaging app and it was not too bad. However, I have gone back to using hangouts - works great.

Re: HTC One : Boomsound ? love it or leave it? One thing I have noticed is that Boomsound is not only the speakers. Everything through the Headphone jack sounds much better. I love it. I use my phone as an alarm and the speakers make a huge difference for me - coming from a Nexus 4.
