Did you have insurance on your phone? I went to a Sprint store and they said it would cost $75 to just look at my phone. I haven't had ins on my last two phones and they gave me a replacement, so I don't know if this is new Sprint Policy. Haven't bothered calling yet.

How do you downgrade back?

I just started receiving same msg 2 days ago. Went into settings, apps, under ALL, then phone- force stop and the indicator from top lft hand disappeared, but then I went under settings, Mobile Data and under Network mode it was set to lte/cdma. I tried putting it on automatic, but it said no...
