OnePlus customer service is very much sub par. I did a trade-in of my oneplus 7Pro for the 9 Pro and it took ages and a lot of excuses, confusions etc until I got what was promised. The 9 pro came fast, though.

Got it a few days ago OTA here in Austria(Europe). Wooohooo. Today I wanted (as always after a big OS upgrade) to delete the cache and accidentially switched to some asian language/font. I think it's a battery issue. They just don't wanna risk an additional drain, as their battery consumption is already quite high, especially on the op7 Pro, because of the 90Hz. Albeit, this is just my assumption. Can't think of any other reason.

I thought as well, that I will miss my SD card. But then, on my old phone, I had 64GB and a 128GB SD card. Now I have 256GB. Why would I miss anything? :D If I really need to back up something, I'll do it via USB-C. Oh and don't forget, you got OTG as well ;) No sweat. The OP7P is easily one...
