That is not my experience. I eventually took it to the Verizon store for them to observe the behavior. A display Droid Turbo without Advanced Calling worked properly. My did not unless Advanced Calling was turned off.

You have to turn off Advanced Calling in the Droid Turbo for Wi Fi to turn on automatically after reboot. Otherwise you have to manual enable it.

If you change screen lock to "none" then rebooting droid turbo will cause wifi to switch off.
