Same problem as others described on brand new S4. The culprit in my case is an app called "Screen Notifications" which much like the app mentioned earlier called 'iphone notifications' attempts to mimic iphone functionality in lighting up the screen to tell you what your phone is buzzing about...

Unfortunately for me - talk back was already off yet the darned browser won't shut up. "loading page", "page loaded" and on and on. Any other ideas out there? -Thanks (also a new GS4 since yesterday)
