Has anybody actually done the Best Buy message and succeeded recently? I'm pretty sure BB caught on. I have a 5s & 5c, upgrades available now but don't want to lose our UDP. I don't know how the BB method would work for me.

i called back and she said my data wont change on the 2 lines. the other 2 lines dont have data. she said ill see my minutes go down to 700 on the 23rd so i dont get any overages or unexpected fees. so ive talked to 2 people. if they screw me over well at least i have proof that i called twice.

Yeah, the access fee is probably all I'm going to save on. All 4 lines combined use around 2000 texts a month so I cant go down. Thanks for telling me about the 700 minutes though, you saved me $20!
