Between 24 to 36 + hours As good or better than my wife's iPad mini ( first gen ) ... which is VERY good to say the least. I'm always on it .... rss feeds ... magazines .... newspaper .... Crosswords... Sudoku... Internet browsing .... Short Videos .... Uses 2 to 4 % overnight .... Nice...

Paul, you can disable any and all the bloatware you want with 4.4 Go to manage apps and disable anything you want. It will not load those apps when you reboot. Most probably saving your memory. B

My Canadian Bell Mobility HTC One M7 just got upgraded to 4.4.2 ART runtime was taken out of firmware by Bell Mobility , I presume. Do HTC One's from other carriers have the ART vs Dalvik option ? My N7 2013 has 4.4.2 with ART and it's GREAT. Thanks for your replies B

I find it's the QI charger that creates most of the heat. So what I do is put my N7 on the night table face down and put the QI charger face down on top of my N7. So everything is upside down. Try it and let us know what your temperature readings are afterwards. B
