    Please Help can't tether on T-Mobile GS3 USING 4.2.1

    OK hi everyone I'm new to the rooting and have a few issues we'll at least I think so, I'm running liquidsmooth 4.2.1 and can't get any hotstop app to work I've tried all the top recommended apps and not 1 work can anyone help with this?
