I've had my Evo Shift for four days now and I don't know why we waited so long. Up until now I've been suffering with problem after problem on my wife's Blackberry Curve.

I'm getting the same thing. As long as it is set to lock immediately I get the password/pattern to unlock. If there is any delay time before locking I get no security when sliding the keyboard to open my phone. It is the same with pin, password and pattern. -JSW-
