Finally heard back. The USPS tracking number is still stuck at out for delivery (since 10/25), but my full refund $350 was just approved. Only comment is "Incorrectly reported phone model," maybe because I forgot the sim card in. Good luck for others in this random business.

Any updates? I am in a similar situation, if not worse. So yeah I ate the bait when they called me #pixelteam . I sent my old pixel using their envelope thinking that this is google and they must know what they're doing. I shipped it 10 days ago and still nothing. The tracking number shows...
