Rooted Using Odin and CWM -Factory reset -Changed the dns's(8888,8844) -Setup a static IP for the phone -Turned off wireless N, just G (although, I think the tuning off the N was the fix along). It Works! For me the WiFi issue started immediately following 5.0.1 update, I easily lost 8 hours...
