I have accepted a job with a company where I will be driving a complex route. I am looking for a GPS app that will allow me to drive the route and save it to my phone as a reference until I learn it. Does anyone know of anything?

Do I need to install flash? I haven't found any web content that wouldn't play. Does froyo come with flash built in?

Can the phone holder be removed from the base? I have a custom panavise bracket in my car and only need the phone holder portion.

Did I read somewhere that there is an app that can convert your phone to a wifi hotspot as long as phone is rooted? Can someone point me to that app? I haven't been able to find anything on it?
