I think if they would be more upfront about the Note 7 issues and worked with the CPSC the first go round, maybe their rep wouldn't get some dinged. It also didn't help that the carriers put up resistance when people tried to exchange on the first and second recalls.

PearSports app came with Samsung Gear S2. I've been using the app since it syncs heart rate data with multiple applications.

My youngest has had her replacement Note 7 for a few days. She noticed that it gets hot faster, battery drains faster and lags. She did restore her data through Samsung Cloud. She didn't have these issues with the original Note 7.

Re: Will Note 7 be the troll under the bridge to Samsung or will they do right by it? I give kudos to Samsung acting quickly to share information about the voluntary recall. The carriers that are turning away Note 7 owners without replacing the potential fire hazard device get a big fat 'F"ail.

I'm thinking that a class action lawsuit may be in the mix with many Note 7 owners being turned away when trying to exchange to Note 7 for another phone especially since Samsung has spelled out the terms and instructions for exchanging the device.
