I have the same problem. Has anyone found a solution yet? When I search in Apps, it just jumps to Music and a blank screen.

I have managed to get it sorted now. It may be of use to someone else. I downloaded an app called Tweakker and that then configured the phone for the internet and MMS. All working fine now. Thanks for your help

Thanks for that. It is a new replacement SIM card so I don't think that is the problem. Maybe you are right and the phone is not compatible with the Virgin network. Would that be normal?
