So I was surprised that I received a FedEx package today from Digital River. Apparently they didn't realize they already packaged my "little gift," with my phone order. So they sent me an additional usb-c cable.

I preordered the 10 and it was a Horrible experience dealing with them. Sent a scathing email to the EVP, letting them know that their customer service is appalling. But they got back to me and took care of me.

You get better control over gestures, app drawer and a bunch of other things. You don't lose access to any of HTC's features but blinkfeed and its themeing center. But you can change icons with nova.

Why is that a bad "gift?" How many USB - C cords do you have lying around to use with this phone? I myself don't have any others except for what came with the phone. So this was actually a better "gift" in my view than the ice view case. Not a fan of flip cases and already bought a slim case for it.

So after a day or so playing with the phone, I found myself switching the launcher to Nova. Call me crazy but the only thing you lose is Blinkfeed (no thanks), and the HTC themes. I can always backup my setup of Nova and switch between them at will. But for now I will just take the speed of the...

The cord is actually the same cord, as the one you get with the phone. Its the same size. I think it is a decent size cable so I am happy with it.

I was never expecting them to offer something like that, but an additional cable is welcome

New phone arrived, plus they included the little gift for originally pre-ordering... And it is?

This is strange. I didn't get a response, but my new phone has shipped and I haven't been charged for it yet.

Ladies and Gentlemen... It is clear that he doesn't like the phone... That is fine. But clearly he doesn't have the latest software, so he is only basing it on that. If he had the most up to date software, maybe he would reconsider his position on it. He is no expert on phones by any means, but...

I emailed Rachel Rosen about my second order and my refund of the first device. Hopefully she will get this straightened out.

Is the screen really that bad with sunglasses? Even with auto brightness turned on, while outdoors? It really isn't a deal breaker for me personally as I dont wear those kind of sunglasses.

When did you order the phone? I know mine is going on 2 weeks now, so when I email them, they won't really like what I have to say.

I might have to email them to find out what is going on, just annoying they can't handle this without having to email Corporate about it.
