How do you remove custom recovery to apply the ota without erasing data?

Definitely not a G2 problem. I ran into this problem with my HTC One as well. Whenever I hook up my phone to bluetooth and switch the video to fullscreen, that icon with a screen overlay appears. Very annoying.

I just tried this with spotify and it's still skipping. :/

Any solutions to this yet? I'm getting this problem just occasionally, but it's really annoying when it happens. I haven't really tested this but I realized the skipping happens less when I select bluetooth audio from another source (ie. FM Radio, Sirius, USB, RCA). If I leave bluetooth as the...
