My original Note 5 phone had issue, so just received a new replacement. BIG difference, audio too low, transmit & receive, even w/ volume on max. Speaker is fine, loud for every other application but in-phone calls...and my other phone wasn't like this. Nothing obstructing speaker, tried reboot
