So.. Looks like the USB 3 is for data transfers (after you turn USB 3 on once it's connected to your computer) and doesn't help charging speeds. Partial evidence of this seems to be that the wall charger from Samsung is 2.1 amps, just like the one that come with the Note 2. The Daily Note 2...
