I checked it on a friends S3 on the same operator and it is working fine for his phone. Regardign the mobile data set up , can you please help me . I am able to access net from my phone normally . Can check facebook , google maps , gmail and other apps without any issue

Hi All, I am facing an issue with my S3 . I am unable to connect to Viber or whatsapp when using mobile data . I need to connect to Wi Fi to connect to the applications . I am facing this issue after getting updated to 4.1.2 . Please help me with this .
