I tried to upgrade my Motox 2gen to Android 5.1.
The install failed and the screened showed Android Man flat on his back and the words 'No command". Rebooting then went thru the process, showed the Motorola Logo then the same screen as the install showed. Motorola support suggested that I perform an External Factory Reset. I followed... -

I suggest that you take a look at iSyncr and their Rocket player for sync, manage and ply your itunes music on your new phone. I have been using it for over a year and love it.
