Hi! Mr Number used to whitelist area codes and I loved it! Unfortunately they did away with that service. I need to block all calls from out of state area codes OR the inverse - whitelist local area codes. What app will do that? I have a Moto X

I love the "morning flower" tone on m y Samsung Galaxy 3 mini. Its the only one I can't get mad at in the am. I just got a Moto X and the tones on that phone are terrible. Is there a way I can move "morning flower" to the Moto X or to my pc? Move it anywhere?
