FIXED IT!!!!! Logged into Amazon website using Firefox. Navigated to prime video. Attempted to watch a video. Second login required in Firefox. Credentials authentication now unstuck. Prime Video app now works. I'm guessing somebody is sharing some code between the app and the web software.
