very true, if you spend money on a expensive smartphone, don't be cheap and get yourself a tempered glass, there are many, zagg, spigen, I've come across a brand called helium digital and its only 0.33 mm on my S5 and there very easy to install, coming from a person who can't install the cheapo...

i just put a Hellium tempered screen protector on my GS5 today and I love it compared to ishieldz, zagg ect, its very thin, very easy to install, just lay it on and it's self adhesive, no bubbles and so thin, it's excellent for the finger print scanner, and i got it on sale @ The Source for $16...

Re: HTC One Camera problem : static live view but still takes photos and video I as well, didn't shut down, just did a restart on my htc one, once it booted back up, camera worked again, simple fix, no need to restore or reset anything
