I have this issue and i really hope someone can help! The screen turns black and nothing will activate it. Its like i have to use luck to turn on my phone if not i will just have to leave it alone for awhile. Its the best android phone i have now bt i wish it can have lesser faults.

I have the exact same issue. The black out screen doesnt recover after i lift it off my face. Often cause it to hang due to this issue. Anyone can help

I have the same issue. Every time I enter a new app. A pop up link to the play store appears. Asking me to install some crap apps. It gets really irritating when I am in a rush to reply sms etc. Any solutions? I have virus scanning app as well but it doesn't help.
