In Las Vegas, I have tested twice. Best down was 18.46 down and 3.9 up and worst was 6.25 down and 3.25 up. BUT, 4G has been going in and out here for the last couple weeks so I expect big improvements when that is sorted.

If the bootloader is unlocked, isn't that then just a matter of putting on the right firmware and putting in a GSM SIM card? I travel to Europe once a year and it is nice having a phone I can either roam with or put in a Vodafone or other Euro Telecom SIM and have a working handset.

I thought the 4.5" screen was found to be false. Also, until it is released we really don't know what the final release version will have. (At least that is what I will keep telling myself.) :'(

I posted a link on his (DBM) thread that gave the history of the 4440 and in March of this year, with little fanfare, TI changed the name to 4460. That would make more sense, IMO, given the delays and the need to have this be a flagship model. Otherwise it is too similar to the D3, but with LTE.
