I Had The Same Problem With A Day Old Phone But Just Remove The USB And Turn Your Phone Off, And Then Plug The USB In And Turn The Phone On. If This Doesn't Work Then Go To Your Notification Bar And Select The First Option Or If It's There Turn On USB Storage Press That. Hope I Helped You :)
