Same here. Rockin' the EVO for personal, and work issued us Torches (preferred the Bold 9700s we had previously, but whatever... they're payin' for it). And agree with you, aside from the completely crappy AT&T service, it is indeed the best of both worlds.

I've always modded most every other phone I've had... even felt comfortable using BBSAK with my 'Berry. But everything I'm reading about rooting the Androids has me gunshy. I'm too much of a neophyte with the OS. I'm holding off rooting this phone for now.

Thread title sez it all... EVERY TIME I look at my running apps, Facebook is listed, along with Flickr. I do a "force stop" and they both disappear from the list. I go out and maybe just go to Market or Weather or even my home screen, anything random - doesn't seem to matter - and the next...

I came from a Bold 9650 on my personal account to the EVO Shift 4G and am LOVING it. (Still carry a Torch for work, so I get my BlackBerry 'fix' if I need it). The only complaint I have is that battery life isn't as good. I do miss the magnet sleep function a little, but other than that...
