I relocked the bootloader and am unable to use HTC method to unlock again. I get error cannot load unlock_code.bin. does anyone know a work around?

Phone was only relocked. No recovery program or OS were flashed to it. Now I cannot unlock it per the HTC method even though it says that I can on htcdev website. I get the error message above when i try to unlock again. Is there a step I am missing or what should i do.

Also, there is no recovery on phone I had only just unlocked it. I'm kinda perplexed as to redoing the unlock as I'm not able to unlock the phone after putting the lock back on.

so I was in the process of rooting my 3D and had an emergency come up. So I relocked, via cmd: oem lock, with stock OS running and now I cant unlock phone again. I've tried every method posted on here to try and get it to open up again. Anyway...Im seeing the following things: error cannot...

rename it "PG86IM.zip" the zip should be renamed "PG86IMG" adding a .zip will corrupt the file. Also the G is very important.
