Yes my phone is unlocked. I spent an hour on the phone with a the tech from Total Wireless and they couldn't fix it they tried all kinds of stuff on there and nothing works I'm done I give up on it it's just not going to work.

When i put in my phone number there and use the drop-down menu my phone is not listed and it says ALERT: Information cant be found, That doesn't sound good to me

I will say that the Total Wireless that uses Verizon, i could see 0 difference in internet speed or phone calls, so i was happy, but now i got issues.

So is it Total Wireless, or is it the LG updates ? hmmmmmmmmmmmmm who knows

OK SIM card did nothing, I'm almost done with this and getting a new phone........................... Let me tell you i had Verizon for years, total rip off prices, so i decided to try Total Wireless, which uses verizon network and i pay half of the price, first few days amazing worked great...

i bet if i factory reset it i could get it to work, i now think the last 2 updates did something to it

i have had a few updates from LG over the past few days, i bet that might have something to do with it

ok.......................someone on another site had this problem and said that uninstalling SERVICE CARRIER APP fixed there issue, but i cant find that app anywhere on my phone.

full factor reset but i dont want to do that and lose all my information.
