went to the store and they were super rude. rep says they can help me. told them the situation and the reference note to my account. rep says be right back....goes to backroom. then comes out and says 1) they don't have any in stock, 2) the person in charge said they wouldn't give it to me even...

just finished a chat. rep set appointment for me to go into a store and pick up my midnight black S9 today. they stated that they've made notes to my account to have the store release the phone to me to complete my order. will post how that goes

I agree - highly doubt the validity of their statement. I even asked for clarification, if I get a tracking number tomorrow I will have it delivered from Texas to California - Same day?? they said yes.... in today's day and age, it is possible. I laughed so hard.

the rep I spoke with stated that I had just passed the fraud verification (meaning my order was not fraudulent). Then they stated that I should get a tracking number today or tomorrow. They said if I get a tracking number tomorrow, I would/should get my phone tomorrow. what I want to know...

yeah, my order has been in "Preparing to Ship" mode since last Friday. When I contacted them, I get multiple answers. The usual 1) estimated ship dates are between 3/13-3/15, 2) your order will be shipped on 3/14 with an expected delivery of 3/19.

has anyone gotten notification of their phones being shipped? annoyed seeing Sprint and Samsung Direct are shipping handsets already. Talked to ATT and they tell 3/13-3/15. I told them I can't believe they are falling behind. At least I got them to waive my upgrade fee.
