Yes, I have the same problem when I checked verizon messages +. I went through and individually deleted every message thread and that fixed the problem for a bit. I thought the problem was gone but it came back a few days later and now says '2'. I think it has something to do with group texts...

If this makes a difference; I have been using pulse exclusively for the last few months but decided today to switch back to android messages. Feels unlikely that it was a coincidence but I have no idea how to resolve the issue.

Hi Ry, Thanks for the reply. I am OP for this question but just made this account so I could reply. I tried that for all threads in the past 2 weeks and the issue remains. Is it possible that it could be from an old thread? I have never had this issue until about 3 hours ago.
