I use the Tasker app to turn off wifi at midnight...back on at 6am. I also use Airplane mode at night. Big improvement in batt life.

Camera fails...screen froze with dark image. Uninstalled camera updates: Settings/Apps/All/Camera Reboot. App now shows V2.4.018. Camera working now.

Thank You! Removing the SDcard was NOT the fix. Neither was deleting the thumbnails. Disabling Media Server has given the tablet new life!

Re: Nexus 5.1 Widgets Not Updating A shot in the dark: I have seen a report that 5.1 max's out your RAM. You might check that. Perhaps not enough resources to drive the widgets?
