I bought my Pixel XL from Verizon. Do I have to deal with them for a warranty phone, or can I go directly to Google? Prefer to deal with Google. I am a little pissed at the customer service I have received from Verizon lately.
I have also checked and unchecked automatic updates and nothing happens. Here is a screenshot of updates screen and developer options

Check updates not working. Last checked for update on July 19. Pushed check, and nothing happens. Also, all of my imei info and Mei info not listed. I am on n beta. Any thoughts? Here is a screenshot of id info
