Is there any other way of doing this without losing my contacts? This problem occurs almost once a week and is really aggravating, I've deleted my contacts and both my Google accounts for the quick fix; but within hours or even days the popup comes back. The only way I can think of fixing it...

A couple months later and this problem still exist... I really wish I knew about this bug before I purchased the tablet. I bought mine a few weeks after its initial release in May, since then I've been waiting for an update to fix this issue.

I don't know if you're still experiencing this issue, but I have the tablet and my chrome pops up in multi-window so here are some possible fixes. Update chrome to the latest apk Open mullti-window and hit the double lines at the bottom. From there tap edit and you may then see the chrome icon...
