I have been using mine daily (heavy use) for about two years, and I am still getting 10-11 hours on a charge. Tablet is still running as new... lightning quick.

I hope someone with more knowledge than myself will chime in here. All I can add is that mine works perfectly, all the time, so I must assume yours is defective.

Since I bought my S3 I have not once used my laptop. (nor my desktop, other than for photo editing) I cannot find any fault with this tablet at all... well, aside from a rather steep price tag!.. but really, I can't even complain about that, as this has got to be the best tablet available today...

Well smarty-pants, I got 11.5 hours yesterday. If you're not seeing similar results you may have a problem... well, I mean with other than just your attitude...
