Re: Samsung Note 3 "Prevention Information" Message This only started for me today, but it is Knox. After going to the App by long pressing "Prevention Information" and clearing All and Cached Data then Force Stop, this has resolved the problem on my Note 3......for now anyway, fingers crossed.
