Maybe it shipped yesterday did you chk fedex? FedEx gave me info way before verizon. I called verizon twice yesterday and they said it was processing not shipped. An hr later fedex confirmed it was shipped 8am that morning

Lucky you. I ordered 10/4 but it was processed as equipment purchase on 10/7 ....as of now still says it's processing.

Hope this helps....called customer service spoke to manager he said they no longer ship via ups only fedex....as of right now corporate do not have any note 3s. Told me it will be shipped off on the 10th....smh. A week later and my order is still processing

I went from the samsung note 2 to the iphone 5s.....and I took the iphone back within days of having it...the battery life was horrible and i did not like the ios 7--i ordered the note 3. Depends on what you're looking to do with your phone. I like the note because it's not limited to what i can...
