Warranty replacement arrived. Phone was able to "find" my old phone and copy everything over. About an hour of apps downloading from the store and I'm back in business. Very easy.

If you are going to be using your phone with dirty muddy hands then I don't think it will last. I'd have gotten an iPhone so I could get one of the waterproof and scratch proof cases. Not sure anyone makes a waterproof case for the 6P?

That's exactly how it would bend if it's a case that is removed by prying it off from the front. This is how the bumper I have installed is removed. I'm always careful to start removing it up at a corner to avoid this issue.

Likely that most of this damage we are seeing is from taking off the case. Not sure if I'd call it a defect or just poor product design?
