    Re: "Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped." - crashing often and killing battery So how did you uninstall the the Google app? I've also updated to Lollipop. For me at least, it seems like there is no option to uninstall the app (since it's a system app I think)

    Re: Android 4.4.3 ota I'm getting an unexpected contents error for chrome.apk when trying to flash the update.zip. I'm guessing its because I uninstalled Chrome through Titanium Backup a while back. I tried to install it back as a system app (also through TB) but still getting the error. 1)...

    So I'm guessing you don't autofill your plan every month? Is that how you've kept the same $5 for longer than a month?

    Rooting and OTAs

    Being rooted/unlocked shouldn't stop you from getting notified and updating through OTA. You will just lose root after updating. I've read that even TWRP can now take normal OTA updates but I've never done it that way. Way quicker to just flash the OTA.zip.
