After connecting a brand new 10 ft USB cable to my Galaxy Note 4, it charged my cell phone up to 90%. Immediately the phone turn off by itself. Now it doesn't turn on. Afterwards, I connected the OLD cable to my Galaxy Note 3 and the cell phone started charging. I disconnected the OLD USB cable...
